Anthropic is preparing for an expected Nasdaq listing in mid-November while technology stocks, particularly artificial intelligence companies, are going through a correction. The company, led by Dario Amodei, has updated its financial figures in a new S-1 filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

For the first nine months of 2026, ending September 30, Anthropic reported revenue of $33.24 billion. That represents an increase of approximately 1,200% compared with the same period in 2025. Over the same period, the company’s net loss widened to $104 billion.

Revenue in the third quarter alone reached $17 billion, compared with $1.4 billion in the corresponding quarter of 2025. Anthropic reported a quarterly net loss of $23.3 billion.

The filing indicated that the loss was primarily linked to accounting charges associated with the company’s rising valuation, rather than an equivalent cash outflow.
