Oil and gas prices came under renewed selling pressure as negotiations between the United States and Iran resumed.
Brent crude fell 7.9% to $104.50 a barrel, while West Texas Intermediate dropped 7.3% to $96.55. In Europe, TTF natural gas futures traded in Amsterdam declined 10.2% to €93.30 per megawatt-hour.
The Amsterdam TTF market is the main benchmark for natural gas prices in Europe.
