Iveco Group, now part of Tata Motors, reported consolidated revenue of €3.16 billion for the third quarter, an increase of 1.4% from the same period a year earlier. Net revenue from industrial activities rose 1.5% to €3.09 billion.
Adjusted EBIT for industrial activities was zero. The company said profitability was affected by its planned focus on quality, an unfavorable product mix across business units and inflation. Iveco posted a quarterly loss of €45 million, compared with a profit of €16 million in the same period last year.
Free cash flow showed an outflow of €656 million, which the company said was in line with the quarter’s typical seasonality. Available liquidity stood at €3.7 billion as of September 30, 2026, including €1.9 billion in available credit facilities.
Chief Executive Olof Persson said the company had allocated additional resources to quality initiatives during the quarter. Those efforts reached their peak in the period and are expected to decline progressively, with their benefits becoming increasingly visible in performance and contributing positively to results, he said. Persson added that the slight revenue increase confirmed the competitiveness of Iveco’s products.
